Rosemary and Pumpkin Seed Brittle

Roasted pepitas and fresh rosemary from my home garden flavor this sweet and savory crunchy snack. Just like other brittle except these ingredients are full of essential minerals and nutrients. Not health food but certainly healthier for you. (Does not taste like pumpkin!)

Ingredients: Pure sugar cane, pepitas, unsalted butter, 
golden syrup, fresh rosemary, baking soda, fresh ground pepper, 
sea salt.
