Furious Four Cheese Scone

Our favorite Helena Market Days neighbor, Rapido Furioso, makes a fantastic hot sauce. We wanted to showcase one of the hotter sauces with lots of cheese, honey and butter to balance the heat.

Ingredients: Organic all purpose unbleached flour, organic buttermilk, organic salted grass fed butter, asiago cheese, eggs, sharp cheddar, monterrey jack cheese, parmesan cheese, organic sugar, local honey, hot sauce(arbol peppers, ghost pepper,scorpion pepper, carolina reaper, garlic, oregano, seasoning mix, dry sazon, coriander and annato, ginger), baking powder, sea salt.
